Product Description and Consent
STEPS Talent LLC (STEPS Talent) uses SMS to communicate with candidates who have applied for a job, about their applications, application status, interview scheduling and reminders, and related recruiting follow-up. When you provide your mobile phone number and expressly opt in to text messages from STEPS Talent, you consent to receive messages for these purposes. Providing a phone number or applying for a job does not, by itself, constitute SMS consent. Consent to text messages is optional and is not a condition of applying for a job or receiving our services.

Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will cease sending SMS messages to your number unless you opt in again.

Your phone number will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Providers that operate and deliver our messaging service, including Dialpad and telecommunications carriers, process the information needed to provide that service on our behalf. They are not authorized to use it for their own marketing. The general sharing provisions below do not authorize sharing mobile information or SMS consent for third-party or affiliate marketing.

We do not use LinkedIn data to make automated employment decisions, and we comply fully with LinkedIn’s API terms, including limitations on storage, redistribution, and aggregation of content.
– Client Information: Company name, contact person details, job descriptions, hiring requirements, and billing information.
– Website Information: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, cookies, and similar tracking technologies.
